Outstanding track workout today. Was the longest speed workout ive ever done but it felt amazing. I felt very strong from the very beggining. I worked on timing my 200s during my 400s and 800s and that really helped me to keep a good steady pace throughout the longer sets. After feeling a bit fatigued after that workout yesterday I noticed that I probably hadnt been eating enough carbs. I contribute my good workout to the Spaghetti and egg whites I had last night and this morning when I got home from work. There was definitly no lack of energy during the workout. Did a good ten minutes worth of stretching after the run. Still feel good so hopefully that will help me from being too sore tommorow. They posted the 2007 athlete guide to IMLP! :D
