Monday (7.16.07)

Total Time: 45:00

Left today for IMLP. Ended up running for 45min in Cincinnatti Ohio! Was late.. and scary. Im suprised I didnt get shot or run over. Ran in the dark and that wasnt smart this close to an IM.
