Whew. Was starting to doubt myself. Nice to finally have another workout where I feel ready to take on an Ironman. Hopefully this work out helped relieve myself of a little bit of that antsyness the taper has been causing. Started this workout and felt really fatigued just like my other workouts this week, but ended up feeling awesome about 8 miles into the ride! :) Finally found my rhythm and held it the whole time. Totally happy w/ a 19.5 pace.
The run was great as well. Couldnt have asked for a better workout. Now I can go into the rest of my workouts feeling confident and ready. Ready to take on an Ironman.
