Great brick. Had to wait for the rain to pass of course, but finally got out there. Started the workout and didnt feel all that into it, but then really started to feel better. My bike felt fantastic the whole time. Didnt expect to feel that fast. Negative splits all the way across the board. :D The last run wasnt supposed to be that fast, but it was faster than I felt I was running. I felt like I was running 8s and turns out I was running 7:45s. :)
