Good swim. Not the distance I wanted to get in but im actually really used to 3000m + swims so I need to keep in mind this was probably half distance. 1.2 miles. Wanted to get in 2500m. Woke up and just couldnt get out of bed after only sleeping 3hrs when I got home from work. But somehow I got up and got that much done. So that was good. Negative splits so that rocks. That 500 swim felt nice and easy and was obviously pretty quick.
