Good workout today. Actually felt a little fatigued on the bike. My climbing felt good but I never felt really really strong while cycling. My run on the other hand. I felt extremely comfortable and strong the entire time. Really felt in control. Did alot of thinking on the run and decided im probably going to run in 3 mile intervals at IMLP. Every third mile ill walk the aid station and refill my bottle. I dont want to spend anymore than :45 at each aid station walking. If I can hold an even 8 pace for each mile then walk :45 at that 3rd aid station that puts me at 8:15 per mile avg. Im pretty sure this is extremely unrealistic and if anyone knew my plan they would probably laugh. I guess well just have to wait and see. The thing is... everyone that laughs at my plan laughs because they say I havent been there. Well truth be said... I have done the workouts... Ive gotten to mile 10 on the run after a 100mile bike. Ive swam a 5K... Ived cycled 118 miles... Ive run 26.2 miles. Anything im missing? an Ironman. Soon to be fixed.
