Did what Im going to call a recovery workout... even though thats stretching it a bit. 60 laps in the school pool. 3000 yards/2745 meters. Felt good and fluid. Thought about doing 70 laps but had to get home and have a siesta for work. I liked the structure of this workout. It worked well for me.
