Run 3 -> 7:13+6:37
Total = 2:02:43
Great workout overall. I didnt want anything crazy fast. Just wanted to really really focus on smooth fast transitions and a great running stride. As you can see everything got progressivly faster which = negative splits :) what ever triathlete wants. (or at least me) Im going to up-date pace and avgs in a bit. Im outside and its getting cold.
