RECOVERY DAY****
Day completely off. Thought about swimming or cycling a few times but didnt. NOT sore AT ALL! :D Is nice to feel this good after running that hard in a HIM. Odd... for me of course.. but good. Not sure what the rest of the week is looking like yet, but ill pick and choose as the days pass. Probably alot of swimming. :D
