Pretty great little pool swim today. Did some "speed" work and that was different. Ive done pool speed work, but nothing like that. Just die 100s @ sprint pace. Should probably plan on something faster than 1:20 from now on. But that was my first time.
Did some weights when I got home, and that went well. Was like normal. Started out REALLY not wanting to do them and forcing myself to do it and getting done and being indifferent about it. I still dont really like doing weights. :(

So far this week all workouts have gone as planned some im realllllly happy about that ;D Hopefully I can keep that up and taper hard next week! Unlike my Half Flu. Alright. Mi trainee is almost done so ive gotta get off here. Aight.
