Another great day. Ridiculously strong today. This route was absurd. There was no flat section. Negative splits really do feel good on a run like this. I woke up to lighting and thunder once again today! I went ahead and got some homeword done and waited for the thunder to die down. Im happy I got to do this entire workout since my (25-4)2 didnt work out :( Hopefully Wed....
