Day OFF
Day off following that nice workout yesterday. Plan was to do a 3000m swim but was tired and really felt like catching up on the sleep, and I did exactly that! :D Woke up this afternoon and felt nice and refreshed. Ive now decided to completely remodel this weeks workouts. For some reason I had a 20mile run planned for tomm. That was retarted. Plan for the week?

Thats it for now. Theres alot of rain on the forecast for this week so well have to see how everything unfolds... : - /
