Whoo. Barely got that swim in. Woke up and was happy to see that I only had a swim today. Was afraid I may have put that 40 bike 1hr run on today but didnt. Have that down for tomm. :) Im now much more excited to do that tomm. Plan on taking that bike nice and easy and really holding a good, fast, steady run tomm. Excited to see how I feel and how I can run. Plan on doing a steady sub 8 pace.
