3 workouts today. Didnt plan on the 5K at the beggining of the day but ended up running it anyways :)
The swim was at UTA in the outdoor 50m pool. Was great getting such long periods in. Couldnt have been any happier. The Track Run was amazing. Negative splits all the way across. Even the 800 splits.
