Friday (6.22.07)

Track Run:

800 WU -> 7:56s
800 Sprint -> 1:20 + 1:17 = ~5:20s
400 X 2 -> 1:17 + 1:15
800 Sprint -> 1:22 + 1:17 = ~5:20s
400 X 2 -> 1:20 + 1:12
200 X 4 -> :37 + :36 + :35 + :34
800 CD -> 7:45s

Now this was a great workout. The splits are NOT exact. I cleared my watch on Sunday for that big ole' workout so I dont have the splits, but I was VERY satisfied w/ this run. Felt good to have a really solid track run after that swim yesterday. :D
