Funny workout today. I thought my warm up was enough but when I started riding I had alot more lactic acid much quicker than normal. Not sure if my workouts this week have been a little harder than necessary but my legs did feel strong despite. Came out of the saddle a few times and felt good. Only do two sprints ... Four definitly would have been too much this close to andys. No excuses. I just wanna race. Should I give away my goal paces for this weekend??? ha... No chance :)
Kona is less than 7hrs AWAY!!!
