Overall today was fun. Not too sore after Stonebridge. I realllly wanted to cycle today so I did a 10min WU spin in the parking lot of the natatorium. Just set up the trainer next to the car. Warmed up then headed in to find Jane and John. Found them and did those 3 sets w/ them. Never went too hard. Today was just to relax and keep the muscles from getting too tight.
