Well. Solid workout. Wanted some nice longer "slower" miles. Negative splits and felt really strong the entire time. Just trying to work my way back up to those 3,4,5, and 6 hr workouts. Sub 7 mile was an accident. It seriously felt like an easy 7:30 pace..... :)
